Techstars Startup Weekend Tashkent 2026

The Tashkent edition of Techstars Startup Weekend runs 25-27 September 2026, one week after the Andijan stage, closing out Techstars Uzbekistan's autumn regional series. Over 54 hours, participants take an idea through the full early-stage cycle: open-mic pitching, team formation, customer validation, prototype development and a closing demo in front of judges drawn from the local and international startup ecosystem. Format highlights:

• Friday: open pitches, voting, teams assembled around the winning ideas
• Saturday: customer discovery, business model work, prototype build
• Sunday: final build, rehearsal and demo day judging

Startup Weekend has run in Tashkent since 2018 and has since expanded into Uzbekistan's regions. The programme is operated by Hackonnect under the Techstars Uzbekistan startup community partnership, alongside UzVC. The weekend is open to developers, designers, marketers, analysts and aspiring founders; teams are formed on site, so individual participants are welcome.
