TLDCON 2026 — 19th International Conference for ccTLD Registries and Registrars

TLDCON comes to Tashkent for its 19th edition, gathering country-code top-level domain registries, registrars, regulators and internet-infrastructure engineers from Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the PANARAMS Tashkent Hotel (Boykurgon str. 2) on 22–23 September 2026. The host organisation is UZINFOCOM, the operator of the .UZ zone, together with the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ and the Russian Institute for Public Networks (RIPN). Programme topics

• Applying AI to domain abuse detection and domain defence
• DNS infrastructure performance and optimisation
• Domain-name regulation and internet governance policy
• Registrar marketing, sales and the domain aftermarket
• Building and retaining the workforce that runs national internet infrastructure

Sessions run roughly 10:00–19:00 on both days.
