AI Teams & Smart Capital: Workshop with International Experts

A hands-on workshop for founders and tech leads held at School 21 in Tashkent as part of the ICT Week Uzbekistan 2026 programme. The session focuses on two themes:

• Building teams that work effectively with AI — role distribution in small teams, and how AI changes the shape of an engineering organisation. Led by Julian Gilliam (Meta).
• Smart capital and strategic partnerships — how to pick investors and partners who add more than money. Led by John Paul Isham (Xsolla).

The programme closes with a fireside chat featuring Antony Doeh and Jahongir Normatov on how founder priorities shift as a company grows and moves into new markets. Starts at 11:00. Free registration via StartupBase.
